Delivery Policy for UK Mainland

Welcome to www.fashioncliff.com. We are committed to providing a seamless online shopping experience, including reliable shipping services for orders within the UK mainland. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the shipment of your orders through our website for UK mainland delivery. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address within the UK mainland, the weight and size of the items, and the selected shipping method. Your shipping fees will be calculated before completing your purchase.

Delivery excludes scotland and Northen Ireland, Rates vary. Please enquire via email to enquiries@fashioncliff.com.

Standard Delivery charge of £4 is applied for orders under £75 and any order/orders placed worth above £75 is eligible for free shipping charges. Your order will be delivered via EVRI (please note dispatch normally done within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends and usually the delivery will be in 2 – 4 working days).  

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will attempt two more times and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection and we will notify you through email for such orders.

The item will then be brought back to our store and the return item courier charges will also be deducted from the customer. If the customer gets in touch after the product is returned to our company the customer will have to pay again for the delivery of item to reach them back.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please login to your account and change the address before your order status is changed from process state to completed state and should be done before 24 hours of placing the order.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit within the UK mainland, please report it to our customer support team within a weeks’ time by sending email at return@fashioncliff.com. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery within the UK mainland caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, and other unforeseen events.
