Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to make our shipping/delivery process as quick, safe, and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is for your goods to arrive on time and in perfect condition. We use competitive regional and international courier delivery services to ensure your items arrive in the quickest and safest way possible. 


We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase for eligible items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Personalized, customized, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.

Goods are only defined as returns if they meet all the following conditions:

  • The product is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase.
  • The product has not been worn outside of the house.
  • The product has not been worn (with the exception of trying it on for size).
  • The product has not been washed.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with original tags still attached.
  • The product is then received by Fashion Cliff Limited.


Cancellation: To cancel your order, please follow the steps below: 

  •  Please note that the order can only be cancelled before 24 hours, once the item is dispatched for delivery which can be checked on your login account, where the status initially in “Processing” will turn to “Processed”.  Any order with “Processed” status cannot be cancelled.
  • If your order is processed and not shipped, please contact our Customer Service Team to email us at  to cancel your order.
  • All cancellation requests should be raised within 7 days of purchase.

Return: To return your order, please follow the steps below: 

  • All return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • No items on sale or offer can be returned unless the customer has received the wrong or damaged or received the item late.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns if the product’s seal or package has been used or tampered with
  • For Credit Card purchases, you can raise a return request at and your amount will be refunded back to your account within 8-10 business days after receiving the item.
  • IMPORTANT:  The Customer will bear the return charges until and unless the item is sent back for exchange due to wrong item delivery or damage piece. The remaining amount will be refunded, or store credit will be provided once the items are received in Fashion Cliff Limited store.

Returns Process for Registered/Guest Users within UK. To raise a return request please follow steps below: 

  • Contact our Customer Service Team via email at
  • Make sure you’ve got your original receipt and confirmation email.
  • Once confirmed by our customer service team, you will get a call from our courier partners.
  • If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a charge of minimal amount will be applied based on the package weight.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns if the product’s seal or package has not been used or tampered with
  • We do not accept returns of items unless you’ve received a damaged/wrong item.
  • All return requests should be raised within 15 days of delivery.


  • The customer will bear the costs of the courier for returning the products.
  • Please submit your original invoice at the time of collection
  • We will not accept any returns if the original item has been damaged or washed.
  • All items that don’t comply with our return policy will be held at our facilities.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to raise a return request and organize a collection by a courier company or advise us if they would like our courier to pick it up.
  • Please note that Fashion Cliff Limited has the right to refuse any return requests that don’t comply with our returns policies and terms & conditions.

Refund Reimbursements are withheld until the products are received back into our warehouse. Therefore, we encourage you to process a return request within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Refunds will be done to the original mode of payment Please note that refunds requested will be processed back to original mode of payment made during the purchase.
  • Credit Card Orders Once we’ve conducted a thorough quality check, we will issue a refund. Please note that the refund takes 10-14 business days to reflect into your statement.
  • Exchanges If you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped with standard delivery once the returned item is received and inspected. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the returned item does not meet our return criteria and standard shipping charges will be   applied for such orders.
  • Damaged or Defective items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
  • If the return or exchange is due to an error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
